From the M5:
- Leave the M5 at junction 30.
- Take the A379 to Exeter and Dawlish.
- At the Countess Wear roundabout, take the third exit to city centre and follow Topshom Rood for about 2 miles.
- At the main junction, follow the road round in the right lane onto Magdalen Street. The hotel is then on the right, by the pedestrian crossing.
From the A38:
- Exit the A38 onto the A379 signed to Dawlish. Follow signs to Exeter city centre.
- At the Countess Wear roundabout, take the first exit to city centre and follow Topsham Road for about 2 miles.
- At the main junction, follow the road round in the right lane onto Magdalen Street. The hotel is then on the right, by the pedestrian crossing.
From the A30 (Honiton):
- After passing under the M5, follow signs to Exeter city centre.
- At the first set of traffic lights, turn right towards Heavitree and the city centre.
- Continue for approximately one mile.
- At the road fork traffic lights, take the left-hand fork along Mogdalen Road. Pass through the shops and turn left at the junction onto Magdalen Street.
- The hotel is on the left-hand side, just before the pedestrian crossing.
