- On the motorway, take the second exit for Parma (do not take Parma ovest).
- Turn right, following indications for Parma Centro-Tangenziale.
- Once you find Tangenziale, join it in the direction of Bologna.
- At the first petrol station (Agip), take the first street on the right, Via S. Leonardo.
- Continue straight on to the first set of traffic light where you have to turn left into Via Venezia.
- At the first roundabout, turn into Benedetta Street.
- Continue straight on to the Tamoil gas station, immediately on your right you will find the hotel.
